Below are the recommended settings for the optimal SafetySoft experience. If you encounter any trouble playing a course, you may want to run through this list to make sure you have the right setting in place.
1. Broadband Internet connection above 10mb/s

- Microsfot Edge 101.0.xxx
- FireFox 99 and higher,
- Safari 12.x.x and higher,
- Google Chrome 100.0.xxx or higher
3. You may also need to adjust your browser settings:
- Allow pop-up windows
- Depending on security settings, you may have to add us as a trusted site in the browser
- Enable third-party cookies
- JavaScript must be enabled
- 1024 x 768 or better
4. Make sure your computer settings are at least...
- Windows 7 or later (Windows 8 and 8.1 are excluded), the latest iOS, or Andriod OS
- 2.5GHz Processor
- 4 GB of RAM
- Adobe Flash Player

In some scenarios, the client network may have to whitelist cloud.scorm.com and wave.safetysoft.com
